All logoed items are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks, plus transit time (up to 5 business days) for your custom-decorated items to arrive. Items may arrive sooner, and if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times.
Privacy & Security
We take your security and privacy VERY seriously. We do not (and never will) share your personal data with anyone, except for those who may need it to fill your orders (i.e. a vendor needing your address to ship you some products) In addition, we use the highest internet security to ensure a safe web transaction.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with the items you ordered. If your items are defective in manufacturing, we will be happy to replace the items for you. We are unable to accept returns of custom-decorated items for any other reason.
Pricing & Promotions
Pricing may change at any time and without warning. Promotions are offered as an incentive. Generally, promotions, coupon codes and other discounts may not be combined, unless otherwise noted.
Viewing Orders
You may view your order and its progress at any time by logging into your account.
Updating Account Information
Your account information is gathered automatically from your Oracle system.
